Richard J. Reis, Associate

Rich is an Associate in the Corporate and Business Practice Group. He assists clients in entity formation, securities compliance and private placement, mergers and acquisitions, underwriting and due diligence review in representation and warranty insurance, contract drafting, and other general corporate matters. Rich also serves as coverage counsel to representations and warranties insurers.

Rich received his law degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where he served as a member of the Ohio State Business Law Journal. While earning his degree, he worked for the Franklin County Prosecutor’s Office in the criminal division. Prior to law school, he earned his undergraduate degree in Behavioral Neuroscience from The Ohio State University.
